The University of Canberra is seeking an Assistant Professor in Counselling to join the Faculty of Health.
This role will see you design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate units in counselling and other activities that will directly impact a student’s learning experience. Reporting to the Discipline Lead, you will be required to prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials and workshops in conventional and flexible modes. You will also be involved with student placements and supervision.
You will be qualified in Counselling, holding at least a Masters degree in Counselling (or equivalent) and will be eligible for membership in the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. You will have experience in the Counselling profession, and you will have relevant tertiary teaching experience, including design, development, and delivery of unit and course materials.
