The University of Canberra is seeking a Project Co-ordinator who will assist with the development and management of the Foundation’s public events. A key part of this role will see you work closely with the Foundation Director to meet Foundation obligations and stakeholder engagement commitments.
Reporting to the Director, this role will see you manage the Foundation’s workflow and forward planning schedules. As an enthusiastic and motivated individual, you will be required to prepare reports, research briefs, papers and correspondence. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with the design of marketing collateral and social media campaigns whilst engaging with the relevant stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked in a similar capacity and be able to demonstrate experience in marketing and communications. A demonstrable interest in gender diversity and women’s empowerment and leadership will be highly regarded. As a results focused individual, you must demonstrate your ability to build and maintain relationships with various levels of stakeholders and the community. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills are also essential.
