The University of Canberra Student Centre (UCSC), provides client service to students of the University in the areas of: Course and admission inquiries; International and domestic student administration; International student advice; enrolments; fees; University student identification card production; Orientation and other event support.

The Manager of the Student Centre will be a highly motivated individual capable of managing and motivating a diverse team of fulltime, part time and casual staff and will also ensure a high standard of quality customer service. The Manager will need to monitor adherence to University policy and be able to interpret and advise on external organisations’ policies and procedures while building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant will be operationally involved in University events and functions such as Orientation, Course Advice day, examinations and graduations.
