About the Opportunity: Student Connect is seeking a proactive Student Services Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Manager Student Centre, you will develop and manage the annual Student Connect communications campaign, ensuring high levels of engagement.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously, with a keen eye towards streamlining and improving processes. A good understanding of the student-life cycle will be beneficial to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and managing the Student Connect communications campaign, including emails, SMS, and other promotions.
Maintaining and improving the online student portal, and reviewing Student Connect processes.
Building and maintaining relationships with staff, faculty, and external stakeholders.
Supporting student engagement from acceptance to enrolment, and assisting with student-facing events
Collaborating with Student Connect teams during peak periods or on significant projects.
