About the opportunity:
The University of Canberra is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Agreements Coordinator to oversee and maintain compliant WIL Host Agreements across the University.
With a strong eye for detail and a collaborative approach, you will manage agreements end-to-end, provide clear advice to stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of WIL agreement processes across the University.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee WIL agreements across UC, working collaboratively with the Placement team and University stakeholders. Provide advice and support to academics and faculties to ensure appropriate WIL agreements are in place in line with UC policies and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships through clear, timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the implementation, review and continuous improvement of WIL agreement processes across disciplines and faculties.
About You:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple agreements and cases concurrently. Well-developed negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge or experience in legal, contract or agreement management is desirable but not essential.
