About the opportunity:

The University of Canberra is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Agreements Coordinator to oversee and maintain compliant WIL Host Agreements across the University.

With a strong eye for detail and a collaborative approach, you will manage agreements end-to-end, provide clear advice to stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of WIL agreement processes across the University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee WIL agreements across UC, working collaboratively with the Placement team and University stakeholders.
  • Provide advice and support to academics and faculties to ensure appropriate WIL agreements are in place in line with UC policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through clear, timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the implementation, review and continuous improvement of WIL agreement processes across disciplines and faculties.

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple agreements and cases concurrently.
  • Well-developed negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in legal, contract or agreement management is desirable but not essential.
