Are you a highly skilled, energetic and a passionate Operations and People Manager? This role will be responsible for leading and developing a multi-functional team responsible for the management of operations including staff development, finance, planning, school executive support, risk and governance. Reporting to the Faculty Manager, you will be working with the senior management within the Faculty, to establish best practices in planning and implementation of operational matters, develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures, oversee external engagement, communications & marketing, risk & compliance, research activities and administration of a very busy Faculty, and be responsible for the continuous improvement of business processes.
