This is your chance to play an integral role in contributing to the remarkable success of this young University as Commercial Director, a new role that will be vital to further developing our teaching and research by developing commercial relationships across the University. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead and manage key commercial activities to support the evolution and growth of the University as well as engage across a range of business development activities including commercial strategy, contract negotiation and management, industry partnership and leadership in stakeholder engagement.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive commercial experience and thrive on developing and executing strategies for organisational growth. You will develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, have a commercial solutions approach and be adept in negotiating complex business agreements and contracts.
You will hold relevant qualifications in business, commercial or finance related disciplines with a minimum 10+ years’ professional experience across the breadth of these specialities. You will be experienced in, and capable of, contributing strong value to a diverse, progressive organisation, and familiar with working across complex governance requirements.
