About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Communications and Events Coordinator to enhance stakeholder engagement within the Faculty of Business, Government & Law. Reporting to the Faculty General Manager, you will support and promote the Faculty’s teaching and research activities through diverse communication channels, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for marketing.

Key responsibilities include –

  • Coordinating the Faculty’s events calendar and communications, while supporting and managing Faculty events in collaboration with the Team.
  • Engaging stakeholders and working with UC media, marketing, advancement, design, and web teams on promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Delivering high levels of client service to all Faculty stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Faculty staff in meeting agenda collation, minute taking, and record management.
