About the Opportunity:

The Faculty of Business Government and Law is seeking a proactive Faculty Administrative Advisor to join its team. Operating under the direction of the Faculty Manager, you will support the development of programs that enhance stakeholder experiences. Your role will involve providing a broad range of administrative services to ensure the effective operation of the Faculty's education, research, and business development activities.

Primary responsibilities will include –

  • Providing administrative and technical expertise, while supporting and improving Faculty operations.
  • Liaising with university stakeholders to deliver services and ensuring high levels of client service.
  • Offering accurate information to students and staff both online and at the BGL service counter.
  • Keeping up-to-date records of relevant documents in shared folders for stakeholder access.
