About the opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage our Quality and Performance team and its operations. This role is crucial for staying on top of higher education policy changes such as the proposed ESOS Amendment Bill 2024 which intends to bring in international student caps. Additionally, it is responsible for maintaining the University’s admissions standards and ensuring compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act, Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards), and our Admission Rules, Policy, and Procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in higher education compliance.
In-depth understanding of the policies impacting the higher education sector and its current environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
Excellent critical thinking and report writing skills.
Skills and Attributes:
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and standards.
Collaborative leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
