About the role:
Provide administrative support to the Ethics and Integrity team to enable smooth committee operations, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and correspondence for committee meetings, distribution of applications, arrangements for meeting logistics, and communication of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to the Ethics and Integrity team.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and correspondence for committee meetings.
Update ethics database and filing systems.
Manage the mailbox.
Monitor registration and memberships.
About you:
Desirable: Understanding of committee cycles and agendas.
Desirable: Knowledge of either The Australian Code for the Care and Use of Animals for Scientific Purposes (8th edition), the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research, the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator Act and/or the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research.’
