About the role:
Our faculty of heath is currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Educator – Physiotherapy to join our collaborative and multidisciplinary team within the Student Led Clinic in a part-time ongoing position. Under the guidance of the Lead Physiotherapy Clinical Educator, this position will be part of shaping the next generation of physiotherapists by providing high-quality clinical education, supervision, and assessment to students on placement. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a teaching environment and is committed to maintaining a high standard of patient care while fostering a rich learning experience for students.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver clinical education & supervision to support students during their placements.
Ensure continuity of patient care
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create interprofessional learning opportunities.
Ensure the clinic provides a high-quality, contemporary learning environment.
Maintain accurate medical records.
Contribute to promotional and outreach activities related to the UC Health Clinics.
Participate in ongoing professional development
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Physiotherapy qualification & AHPRA Registration
A strong and recent background in musculoskeletal practice.
Demonstrated experience in clinical education and supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and clients.
A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
