About the opportunity: 
Working within a dynamic team consisting of academics and professionals, the Administration Assistant (Research) will assist in setting up and managing administrative processes for the team while supporting the Director of HEAL Centre. This role will provide a variety of administrative, secretariat, and project support services, including the following duties:
 Manage incoming communications 
Maintain office supplies and equipment 
Update records and databases 
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors 
Handle Director’s credit card acquittals 
Provide administrative support for events, committees, and meetings 
Provide secretariat support and take minutes for meetings as required 
Oversee diary management 
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents in consultation with the team members
