About the opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Student Engagement Coordinator to support the delivery of the Faculty’s teaching and learning portfolio and contribute to an outstanding student experience.

This is an opportunity for someone who brings a solutions-focused mindset, enjoys improving processes, and is keen to learn, step up and grow within a collaborative education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support academic scheduling, timetabling, workload planning and course delivery.
  • Manage student lifecycle processes including admissions, credit, study plans, internships and complex student enquiries.
  • Coordinate academic quality assurance activities, LMS site management and Assessment Board support.
  • Administer academic integrity and student grievance processes in line with University policy.
  • Implement education policies, accreditation requirements and compliance reporting.
  • Review, document and improve business processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to student recruitment, marketing and faculty engagement activities.
