About the role:
The University of Canberra is seeking a collaborative and community-minded Senior Coordinator to lead key initiatives under the Respect. Now. Always. (RNA) program, supporting a safe, respectful and inclusive campus for all students.
A key focus of the role is using data to inform action, including analysing insights from the national student survey, evaluating program outcomes, and preparing reports to measure impact and guide future initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response initiatives aligned to the Whole of University Action Plan
Deliver campaigns, training, workshops and events that build awareness and capability across the student community
Use online tools to collect, analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making and reporting
Evaluate program effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, students and committees to drive meaningful change
About you:
You are a strong collaborator who can bring people along, build trust, and create impact across diverse groups. You will bring:
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A passion for education, prevention, and fostering safe and respectful communities
(Desired) Experience in gender-based violence, community services, or a related field or experience working within a university environment (e.g. student training, engagement or support)
