About the opportunity:

The University of Canberra is looking for a Clinical Placement Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of nurses by supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical education experiences.

This role sits at the heart of the nursing program, connecting students, academic teams and industry partners to deliver engaging, compliant and high-impact clinical learning experiences across real-world and simulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and delivery of the Nursing clinical education program
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to secure and expand placement opportunities
  • Monitor placement quality, resolve issues and ensure a positive student experience
  • Support coordination of Professional Practice units and placement activities

About you:

You are a highly organised and collaborative professional with strong digital literacy, ideally with demonstrated experience in work integrated learning within education or in a hospital/healthcare administrative setting. You have a proven ability to partner with education providers, manage competing priorities and support high-quality student learning outcomes.
