About the opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Senior Coordinator to coordinate, implement and evaluate initiatives that improve student retention outcomes across the University of Canberra. If you enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, collaboration and impact, this role is for you!

In this role, you will play a key part in building strong partnerships across faculties and business units, mapping the student journey, and using data and evidence to inform planning, decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver University-wide student retention initiatives and projects
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across faculties and central teams to drive a cohesive approach
  • Lead and contribute to student journey mapping to identify risks, opportunities and key transition points
  • Support planning and readiness for the rollout of institution-wide retention initiatives
  • Use data and evidence to inform program design, decision-making and continuous improvement

About you:

You have experience delivering projects in complex environments, and are confident in building strong partnerships across diverse stakeholders. You bring strong analytical capability and use data and evidence to inform decisions, evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
