About the opportunity:
From the partnership between University of Canberra and the Snow Foundation, the Snow Scholarship is a new and transformative program, now in its first year, supporting students from diverse or Indigenous backgrounds from Canberra and regional or rural NSW who are facing barriers to higher education. The program provides support for the entire duration of their degree providing financial and pastoral care support, leadership development, First Nations experiences and education, and more. It’s about changing lives and creating impact, nurturing the next generation of leaders.
This is a great opportunity to join the Snow Scholarship team as the Snow Scholarship Program Coordinator and play a meaningful role in a groundbreaking scholarship program at the University of Canberra, helping change the lives of students and supporting them to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day administration and support delivery of the Snow Scholarship Program.
Build strong, trusted relationships with scholars and key stakeholders.
Provide empathetic, responsive, and high-quality support to students.
Coordinate program activities, communications, events, and key milestones. Occasional out-of-hours activity may be required for key events.
Identify opportunities to improve the scholar experience and strengthen program delivery.
About You:
You are dynamic, empathetic, and impact-driven, with a genuine passion for supporting students and helping them thrive. You bring strong experience in student support or program coordination, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with students and stakeholders.
