About the opportunity:

As a Research Grants Advisor, you will contribute to the end-to-end management of externally funded research projects, supporting both pre- and post-award activities. Working closely with researchers, Faculty Research teams and external funding bodies, you will provide advice on funding rules and eligibility, assist with grant submissions, and help ensure projects are delivered successfully. Knowledge of the research funding landscape would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance on grant opportunities, eligibility and funding rules
Support the preparation and submission of research proposals across key systems (e.g. RMS, Sapphire, P URE)
Assist with post-award management, including milestone tracking and compliance
Liaise with funding agencies and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery
Coordinate communications on funding opportunities, including workshops and researcher engagement activities
