About the opportunity:
The Faculty of Science & Technology are seeking a motivated individual to support key facilities and technical functions in the Faculty: science store operations (including fleet and field store), asset management, monitoring compliance and WHS, and space management.
Assist with the day-to-day management of the Sciences store, including procurement, deliveries, dispatch, and inventory.
Assist with the coordination of the Faculty vehicle and vessel fleet including bookings, registration, maintenance, and minor repairs.
Coordinate the Faculty’s field equipment
Support shipping/transport processes
Support Faculty processes associated compliance including WHS (e.g. chemical management, workplace inspections, autoclave facilities, etc.)
Provide support to space management including allocations, resourcing, relocations and space audits.
Provide support to Faculty projects, e.g., building and equipment
