About the opportunity:
The Graduate Research School (GRS) is seeking a highly organised individual to undertake the following responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the delivery of research communication, industry engagement and community building programs and events.
Project manage various tasks within Graduate Research School
Coordinate and deliver a HDR Orientation program for new candidates in collaboration with the wider GRS team, Student Connect and the Faculties.
Oversee the UC PhD Mentoring program in consultation
Prepare and monitor the HDR Development program budgets including tracking of financial expenditure, submission and approval of invoices, card reconciliation and other administrative aspects.
