About the Opportunity:
Are you passionate about data management and maximising property and facilities asset performance? We're looking for a Strategic Asset and Data Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Maintain and synchronise asset data across systems for accuracy and reliability.
Create visual representations of data, such as heat maps, to illustrate issues and asset health.
Undertake asset condition assessments in building to monitor asset health
Analyse data from utilities (e.g., kWh, GJ) to identify trends in asset performance.
Utilise Facilities Management Systems (FMS) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
Ensure data and processes meet ISO standards and TEFMA guidelines.
Your Attributes:
Attention to Detail: Ensure all asset data is accurate and up-to-date.
Organisational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
Communication Skills: Effectively convey information and collaborate with the Strategic Asset and Space Manager.
Problem-Solving: Identify and implement improvements in asset management processes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the manager and other stakeholders to support strategic goals.
Experience in:
Develop and maintain asset management plans and frameworks.
Assist in developing strategic recommendations for asset replacement and refurbishment.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations related to asset management.
Collect, manage, and analyse data from utilities to enhance resource usage.
Create reports and visualisations to answer routine questions about electricity, gas, and waste usage.
