About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent professional to join our Campus estate team as a Facilities Contract Coordinator. This role is vital in coordinating and managing contract-based services, ensuring effective implementation and strategic alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a detailed contract register, and providing strategic notices while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Acting as the primary liaison for client and service provider inquiries, and leading contract audits, reviews, and renewals, ensuring alignment with policies and timelines.
Managing administrative tasks, including goods receipting and expenditure authorisations, with accuracy and compliance.
Driving continuous improvements in contract renewal and operations to optimise services.
Overseeing contract performance, developing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
Performing additional strategic duties as required.
