About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent professional to join our Campus estate team as a Facilities Contract Coordinator. This role is vital in coordinating and managing contract-based services, ensuring effective implementation and strategic alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a detailed contract register, and providing strategic notices while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for client and service provider inquiries, and leading contract audits, reviews, and renewals, ensuring alignment with policies and timelines.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including goods receipting and expenditure authorisations, with accuracy and compliance.
  • Driving continuous improvements in contract renewal and operations to optimise services.
  • Overseeing contract performance, developing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
  • Performing additional strategic duties as required.
