About the opportunity:
The Faculty of Health is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Dean. This role involves managing daily activities, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The key requirements include:
Develop positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide executive support to the Executive Dean.
Manage telephone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Effectively manage the Executive Dean's diary.
Prepare general and confidential correspondence, presentations, reports, and submissions.
Provide secretariat support for Faculty committees and meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and timely distribution of papers.
Coordinate travel and accommodation for the Dean and manage credit card acquittals.
Organise Faculty meetings and events, and manage senior-level visits to the University.
Support Faculty staff at University of Canberra Hospital, including Fire Warden duties and office key management.
Maintain confidential administrative systems for efficient filing and retrieval of records.
About You:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in providing high-level executive support.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
