About the opportunity:
The Student Recruitment, Marketing, and Media portfolio is seeking a collaborative and engaging leader to support UC’s domestic and international marketing and student recruitment. This role involves developing resource management and action plans across the University’s recruitment, proactive sales, and future student enquiry management functions.
The key requirements for this role are:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the Future Student Services Team
Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans
Play a lead role in the ongoing implementation of the University’s ‘Sales Framework’
Actively build and maintain collaborative and positive relationships both internally and externally
Requirements:
Leadership and team development experience
Knowledge of domestic and international student recruitment
Exceptional stakeholder engagement with a strong focus on customer service
Strategic and operational planning abilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
