About the opportunity:
Join a student-focused team where enhancing the student experience is the top priority—from recruitment and retention to course progression and work-integrated learning.
In this leadership role, you will manage a team of high-performing student-facing professionals and serve as the primary escalation point for complex student and course matters. You will drive engagement initiatives, lead data informed decision making, and foster the development of productive partnerships with schools, education providers and internal stakeholders to support student recruitment and retention..
Success in this role requires strategic thinking, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the team to empower and drive success.
