The Respect.Now.Always (RNA) program is a world-first sector-wide initiative designed to prevent sexual violence in university settings and enhance institutional responses.

From student-led events and orientation campaigns to academic leadership and policy development, we aim to shape a future where respect and safety are embedded in every aspect of university life.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and design initiatives to prevent and respond to gender-based violence.

  • Working on the upcoming legislation changes ready for 2026
  • Coordinate and deliver workshops, events relating to legislative compliance.
  • Collaborate with university stakeholders to meet national standards.
  • Support RNA working groups in complying with legislation.
  • Plan and execute events promoting campus respect and safety.
  • Manage administrative systems and documentation.
  • Oversee communications related to these initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of gender-based violence and what it means in the higher education context.
