About the role:
The University of Canberra’s Centre for Advanced Studies in Education (CASE) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Support Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of grants and play a pivotal role in sustaining and growing the Centre’s research activity.
Working under the Centre Director, you will help academics identify and pursue competitive funding opportunities across grants, industry partnerships, philanthropic programs, and collaborations. Your skill in navigating complex funding systems, building strong relationships, and providing high-quality support will be vital to CASE’s success.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and map funding opportunities across grants, industry, and philanthropy.
Build strong relationships with CASE academics and internal/external stakeholders.
Support high-quality grant applications including preparation, editing, and submission.
Manage administration and accurate record-keeping for awarded funding.
About you:
You will be an organised, collaborative, and solutions-focused professional with:
Experience researching or managing grant and funding processes.
High attention to detail and confidence working with budgets and administrative systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
