About the opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple, concurrent initiatives within the Graduate Research School (GRS). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and is confident working across systems, stakeholders and timelines.
With a strong focus on process improvement, innovation and digital enablement, you will help ensure projects align with the University’s strategic priorities while delivering practical, sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and delivering multiple strategic projects concurrently, including the Viva Voce Pilot, PhD Dual-Award Program, and AI Qualification Tool.
Leading project planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation to ensure milestones, timelines and deliverables are met.
Investigating existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement more efficient, user-centred solutions.
Coordinating IT system enhancements and digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency and HDR candidate experience.
Chairing working groups and project committees to support collaboration and informed decision-making.
About You:
You are a highly organised and flexible project professional who can confidently juggle multiple projects at different stages of delivery. You are tech-savvy, curious, and comfortable navigating unfamiliar systems to understand how things work, and how they can work better.
