About the role:
We are looking for a creative Graphics & Marketing Officer to bring the Virtual Village, UC’s online student wellbeing hub, to life. This is your chance to shape the visual identity and user experience of a platform that supports, connects, and celebrates students across UC.
What you’ll do:
Develop mood boards and visual concepts for the platform.
Participate in co-design workshops to incorporate student input into design.
Create graphics that enhance navigation and usability for online and non-Bruce campus students.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance.
Design promotional materials for launch campaigns (social media, internal comms).
Create monthly spotlight features showcasing student identity and culture.
Work closely with Learning Designer, Student Wellbeing and Support team members, and technical teams to align design with content and functionality.

You are a creative thinker with a passion for design and a keen understanding of user experience. You can turn ideas into engaging visuals and enjoy collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality, inclusive designs that make a real impact.
