About the role:

We are looking for a highly organised Accreditation Administration Advisor to support the planning, coordination and delivery of internal and external accreditation processes across the Faculty. This is a continuing, part-time position (14 hours per week).

In this role, you will work closely with academic and professional staff to ensure accreditation activities are well-supported, well-documented and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordinating and monitoring internal and external course accreditation cycles across the Faculty
  • Support disciplines to meet agreed timelines and accreditation requirements
  • Provide secretariat and administrative support for external accreditation meetings
  • Assist in preparing internal and external accreditation documentation and submissions
  • Source and collate data, policies, reports and supporting documentation from across the University
  • Assist with planning, preparation and coordination of accreditation site visits
  • Maintain accreditation databases and portals, including previous submissions and records

 About you:

You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with complex documentation and competing priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively with academic and professional staff and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work.
