About the role:

We are looking for two enthusiastic Student Services Advisors to support the frontline operations of the Student Centre. Full-time and part-time applications are welcome.

Working under the broad direction of the Manager, Student Centre, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to students across multiple channels, while also contributing to student events and peak period activities like Orientation, exams, and graduations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for assisting Student Centre casual staff, ensuring best practice customer service principles are adhered to.
  • Maintain relationships with other staff and areas of Student Connect, Faculty administration, Academic staff and external stakeholders.
  • Assist and support the Senior Coordinator Student Centre and Manager Student Centre.
  • Assist and support Student Connect areas during peak times.

 About you:

You are approachable and genuinely enjoy helping others. You bring a positive, can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving is key. Experience in customer service is desirable.
