About the opportunity:
Join the University of Canberra to lead the delivery of projects that shape the future of our campus. As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of capital works projects, from major refurbishments to new developments, managing projects from concept through to completion.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors, you will provide strategic project leadership, drive best-practice project delivery, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and delivery of multiple capital works and development projects from inception through to handover.
Manage, mentor, and support Campus Development staff, ensuring the achievement of project milestones, design and delivery standards, and objectives on complex projects.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, quality and stakeholder engagement to achieve successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with internal clients and University stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic priorities and operational requirements.
Requirements:
You are a project manager with substantial prior experience and a strong track record of delivering capital infrastructure projects. With excellent leadership, commercial acumen and communication skills, you are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring others to succeed.
