About the opportunity:
Join the Client Services team at the University of Canberra and play a hands-on role in deploying, supporting and optimising the technology that underpins teaching, learning and research.
As a Deployment Specialist, you will ensure endpoint devices, systems and applications are seamlessly delivered, supporting staff and students across a dynamic university environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure and maintain endpoint devices across Windows, macOS and mobile platforms
Manage device lifecycle activities including imaging, provisioning and asset management
Provide responsive onsite and remote technical support for staff and students
Support enterprise applications through installation, testing, upgrades and troubleshooting
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Support print, telephony and teaching technologies including AV and hybrid learning systems
