About the role:
We are looking for a customer-focused Advisor to join our collaborative Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Services team. Working across the full HDR candidate lifecycle, you will manage enquiries and provide administrative support for admissions, scholarships, enrolment, candidature, milestones, examinations and completions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Provide professional, timely customer service via phone, email and face-to-face channels.
Manage and resolve HDR enquiries, escalating complex matters where required.
Support HDR admissions, scholarships, enrolment and candidature administration.
Coordinate candidate milestones, examinations and completion processes.
Build effective relationships with candidates, supervisors and faculties.
