About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Solution Transition Analyst to play a pivotal role in transitioning the University's new Curriculum Lifecycle Management Solution (CLaMs) from project delivery into business-as-usual operations.

This is 6-month role is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced project environments, can quickly build relationships, and understands how to establish sustainable support processes. You will work across technical and business teams to ensure the solution is operationally ready, well documented, and positioned for long-term success. We are seeking someone who can hit the ground running, work autonomously and confidently drive outcomes from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition of CLaMs from project delivery to operational support, ensuring continuity of service and business readiness.
  • Develop and implement repeatable support processes, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate configuration changes, support requests, enhancements and operational readiness activities in line with governance and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Systems, Learning & Teaching and business areas to support governance, decision-making, user adoption and successful handover.

About You:

You are an experienced business or systems analyst with a strong track record of delivering solution transition or operational readiness activities within complex organisations. You are a proactive self-starter who can quickly understand new systems, work independently, engage stakeholders with confidence, and produce high-quality documentation. Most importantly, you are someone who takes initiative, solves problems and delivers outcomes with minimal direction.
