About the opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Manager, International Admissions to lead the delivery of international admissions operations across all markets. Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Admissions, you will oversee application processing, admissions compliance, scholarships, special cohorts, stakeholder engagement, and a high-performing admissions team.
What you'll do:
Lead international admissions operations and service delivery.
Manage and develop a team of admissions professionals.
Oversee admissions compliance and policy implementation.
Build strong relationships with recruitment teams, international partners, and internal stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide strategic admissions insights.
Support the management of international scholarships, special cohorts, and sponsored arrangements.
What we're looking for:
Demonstrated leadership experience in admissions, student administration, or a related higher education environment.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting international students.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
A collaborative leader with a focus on service excellence, continuous improvement, and team development.
